I grew up in Sweden, but I’ve always been drawn to the bold flavors and the relaxed way of gathering around food that you find in Latin America. At Ondas, we blend the best of both worlds – Swedish ingredients and craftsmanship combined with South American flavors, spices, and energy. I want the food to feel generous, fun, and a little unexpected. It should simply taste great. And preferably be something to share.
